By accessing and using ASMILE eSIM services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ASMILE eSIM provides digital cellular data plans that can be activated on compatible devices. Our services are subject to network availability and may vary by location.
All purchases are final once the eSIM is activated. Activation begins when you scan the QR code or manually enter the activation details and connect to a network.
Each plan includes a specified amount of data valid for a certain period. Unused data does not roll over. We reserve the right to implement fair use policies to ensure network quality for all users.
Full refunds are available for unactivated eSIMs within 14 days of purchase. Once activated, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology.
ASMILE eSIM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASMILE eSIM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
